International Student Exchange Programs (ISEP) – the first global student exchange consortium is a worldwide network of over 300 higher education institutions in over 50 countries cooperating to provide affordable access to international education for a diverse student population.
ISEP selection
Who can participate in ISEP exchanges?
- Students enrolled in full-time studies at Vilnius University (bachelor's and master's level; priority is given to master's students);
- Have completed 2 semesters of the first cycle of studies at the time of selection;
- Have completed the first semester of the second cycle of studies before the planned start of studies.

All communication is conducted only through the university's ISEP coordinator; inquiries sent directly to ISEP by students will not be answered.
Documents required for selection
- Online registration. Registration will open in November 2025.
- Academic transcript from the VUSIS system (in English) (master's students must also submit a copy of their diploma).
- Motivation letter in English.
- Preliminary study plans at a minimum of 4 institutions (a separate Learning Agreement form must be completed for each institution; all programmes must be submitted to the selection committee with the faculty coordinator's signatures).
